We also participate with insurance-backed memberships including SilverSneakers, Renew Active, and Active&Fit.

Bring your member ID and we will check your eligibility at the front desk — for many members the whole membership is covered.

Membership FAQ.

Are group classes included?

Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Sculpt, Tai-Chi and Zumba are included with a month-to-month membership. You can add all classes to an annual gym membership for an additional fee.

Is there a long-term agreement?

We have various membership plans available, including both long- and short-term agreements in addition to month-to-month.

Do you accept insurance subsidies?

Yes. We accept Prime, Active&Fit, Renew Active, and Tivity Health SilverSneakers, as well as other supported subsidized insurances.

Do you have to schedule to attend class?

No. Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. See the current schedule for class times and days.

Can I try before I join?

Absolutely! Come for a tour, meet the team, and check out our facility!
